AYNI ALLIANCE is a non-for profit organization that has the mission to create stronger voices of Indigenous people in front of global decision makers and to foster a healing process between businesses and indigenous communities for more reciprocity, and a more sustainable, just and unified future.
AYNI ALLIANCE was founded by Ela Rose who has been a sustainability advisor to businesses for more than 10 years and has helped companies in various industries to analyse their supply chains, and to manage and mitigate their environmental and social impacts. She holds an MSc in Environmental Science from Imperial College London and a B.A. in Communication for Social and Commercial Context from the University of Arts (UDK)Berlin. She worked as Sustainability Business Strategy Consultant at “Forum for the Future”, a non-for-profit organisation for sustainability that blends futures – and systems change thinking. Since 2019, she has established close bonds and connection with Indigenous communities in Central and South America to study what Western society can learn from ancient indigenous wisdom for sustainability and how to create a bridges for reciprocity. Emerging from these studies she tries to establish what she calls “Indigenous Integration” into the business world.
